Terms & Conditions of Purchasing

 
  1. Every MAJOR appliance comes standard with a FREE 2 year limited warranty provided by Smith's Wholesale Appliance and is serviced by Consumer Priority Service.
  2. All warranty repairs are provided and authorized by Consumer Priority Service or the Manufacturer.
  3. Any warranty covered by Consumer Priority Service may be subject to a deductible.
  4. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON RENT-TO-OWN OR FINANCE SALES. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  5. We may at our discretion, choose to REPAIR or replace your product in the off chance that is is defective upon delivery (DOD) or refund your purchase if a SIMILAR or the same appliance is not available.
  6. Units may show signs of USE or DAMAGE, but are guaranteed to work as expected, however we will not repair, replace or provide any grates, hoses, caps, HANDLES, coils or knobs or fix any physical damage. (unless it causes functionality issues) feet/mounting systems, insulation, smart, wifi, or alexa functions or components if they are defective upon delivery.
  7. UNITS ARE SOLD AS THEY SIT UNLESS DESCRIBED IN WRITING.
  8. By purchasing you agree that you have inspected for all physical damage and accept the condition of the unit as it sits.
  9. By purchasing, you agree that you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
  10. ** Misuse or neglect will void all warranties.
  11. Install accessories are not included in the sale. We do sell them at a discounted cost.**
  12. ** We recommend measuring all dimensions prior to purchase. If your unit does not fit as you had hoped, a 20% restocking fee will apply if your return is accepted.**
  13. Removal of any component of your appliance should be done by a professional. Functionality issues after disassembly may not be covered by warranty.
